Payment Authentication Notice

  • This step happens outside of this registration site.
  • If you are not the cardholder (for example, using a company card), the cardholder must approve the charge on their device.
Before making a payment:
  • Please check with the cardholder to ensure they can view and approve any verification request.
 If Your Payment Fails
  • Declines come directly from the cardholder’s bank, not our system.
  • After a decline, additional attempts with the same card may also be declined. Banks sometimes temporarily block repeat charges as part of their fraud-prevention process.

  • If no request came through, contact the card issuer (bank)
