Exhibitors, vendors, publishers, companies, and organizations may reserve a table in the main public hall through the vendor registration module. This large, shared space will host poster presentations, exhibitor tables, a job fair, and other scheduled activities.

A dedicated job fair is planned as part of the program, with details to be announced as the schedule is finalized. Organizations interested in securing a table should complete the vendor registration to reserve space.

Vendor Registration will include one registration and one table space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tablecloth (if needed). Vendors will need to meet policy requirements and sign an agreement before the event. Please contact conferences@wwu.edu if you would like to purchase additional table space, have electrical requests, or if you have additional questions. Please note that electrical access is not guaranteed and may require additional charges.
